Gain an advanced qualification in micropigmentation which is a form of cosmetic tattooing or semi-permanent make-up for the face. Here is a basic course outline:

Day 1: Intro to course/portfolio building/assessment process. Intro to micropigmentation and treatment preparation. Introduction to micropigmentation unit and needles. Tutor demonstration of brow micropigmentation - hair stroke.

Day 2: Recap day 1 theory and practical. Continue to practise on skins for brow application. Recap micropigmentation unit and needles, including application techniques. Assignment overview Health & Safety. Student brow model 1 - hair stroke.

Day 3: Recap day 2 theory and practical. Assignment overview - client care. Micropigmentation application techniques recap for eyeliner. Tutor demo of eyeliner micropigmentation. Practise on skins. Student eyeliner model 1.

Day 4: Recap day 3 theory and practical. Continue to practise on skins. Assignment overview - micropigmentation. Micropigmentation application technique recap for lip liner. Tutor demo of lipliner micropigmentation. Practise on skins. Student lip model 1.

Day 5: Recap day 4 theory and practical. Continue to practise on skins. Student model - brows (hair stroke/eyeliner and lips - 1st summative assessment). Portfolio building.

You now have 4 weeks away from Elite School of Beauty Therapy to practise what you have learned. You must practise at least 1 x eyes, brows and lips.

Day 6: Advanced day to cover intro to lip and brow shading techniques, needle and pigment use and customisation, machine variations, tutor demo of brow shading, practise on skins, student brow model 1 - shading (2nd summative assessment), practise on skins.

You now have 2-4 weeks away from Elite to complete assignments & continue to practise permanent make-up techniques - at least 1 x eyes, brows & lips.

Day 7: Portfolio completion, summative assessment - brows, lips & eyeliner (3rd summative assessment).
